Heck: Where the Bad Kids Go by Dale E. Basye

This book is about siblings, Marlo and Milton, who die in a freak accident and end up in Heck, the place down below for kids. They end up uncovering many of the ins and outs of the strange and secretive world down below. This book is full of action and plenty of witty puns. I found myself laughing out loud a few times while reading it. Through their adventure in Heck and their attempt at escape, the siblings find themselves appreciating the things that they despised about one another when they were alive.
