Cougar Book Review: The Stone Child

In the book named ¨The Stone Child¨ by Dan Poblocki, this book is about a boy named Eddie and his father on a camping trip. On the camping trip they read scary stories in the dark. As they were telling the stories it got darker and darker and the book got scarier and scarier. They started to look for treasure and then lost the book, eventually they found the X that marked the spot. My favorite part of this book is when they hit an animal in the road at the beginning of the story. That part is my favorite because it's interesting how they never found the animal they hit and just drove off. I was still left with unknown details that I still unfortunately didn’t find yet.
